Sport massages

Chloé provides sport massages on request in length of 30 to 45min. Her massages are reimbursed by the complementary plan RME. An athlete needs to listen to his/her body in order to minimise the risk of overuse injury. Recovery is part of the strategy to reach one’s objectives. Sport massaging is part of a good recovery plan such as resting and a proper nutrition. More specifically:

  • It improves and accelerates recovery, be it for athletes or any physically active person
  • The massage therapist adapts his/her technics related to the needs and specific goals to the person
  • On top of its physical benefits, it participates to a psychological well-being
