Chloé is a very experienced and versatile Sports physiotherapist. She counts 20 years of experience as a therapist. As soon as she ended her Degree in physiotherapy, she decided to get her specialisation in sport physiotherapy. She started her career in the paraplegic service of the University of Geneva hospital and worked after that mainly in private practices. Since the end of 2014, she has opened her own practice and work as a freelance therapist 100% dedicated to sport rehabilitation.
During her career, Chloé has worked with athletes from all levels with an accent on elite athlete and national level teams (Handball Club Chênois, Geneva Servette , sailing teams). This lead her to be hired by Hirsanden and be named as one of the dedicated sport physiotherapist of Lausanne Hockey Club (Swiss National league) during 4 seasons. One of her dream was to become freelance and to open her own practice dedicated to sport physiotherapy. The realisation of this dream is Saugyperformance which has brought together sport therapy and all the aspects of sport training in one location.
For Chloé the keys to take good care of an athlete are: keep training and learning new therapeutic techniques, a good communication between the team members around the athletes and with the athlete him/herself and have an above average empathy.
In 2017, Chloé has graduated from the Rennes osteopathy school after 6 years of studies in parallel to her different jobs. Her diploma thesis was on the functional hallux limited (FHL) in high level sport athletes. She is therefore now highly specialised in the disfunction of the foot (in paticular in the runners, footballers and sports athletes with high intensity impact on the ground). Don’t hesitate to contact her to assess your feet.
